This site gives a small taste of the hundreds of stories and images that are a part of the A House for the Nation CD-ROM and Documentary project. Online order information is also provided.

Old Parliament House

Old Parliament House opened in 1927 and served as the home of Federal Parliament until 1988. This site introduces the political history, the building and those who worked here. There is also information about visiting Old Parliament House. OPH offers a program of exhibitions, events and tours. It also provides schools and groups with the opportunity to experience the rich social and political history of the House through special tours and education programs.
