It hosts a number of features including an Aged Care Home Finder, a Community Care Service Finder and the My Page feature which allows consumers to store material they have selected from the site. .

Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs (FaHCSIA)
The Department of Families, Housing, Community Services and Indigenous Affairs responsibilities include developing and implementing income security policies and programs, services for people with disabilities and families with children, community support services, family relationship services and public housing.
